Record Submission
We have divided the submission into eight parts, making the method of record submission very accessible, enjoyable and easy.
Please follow the below instruction for successfully submission.
Explore the world records database thoroughly
First of all, look at the database of AIVA World Records and other Genuine World Record Organizations, and get complete information about the world record you want. You must know about the target section of your desire world record i.e Duration of World Record, Props, Age, Term and Conditions etc. We have also asked to see other world record conducting entities for AIVA World Records, as this will give you the latest information and it will be easy to enter your name in the world record book.
Choose a world record to attempt
Maybe you already have a world record in mind you want to attempt, or you can suggest a new idea. If you are going to attempt a record breaking then After looking through all the databases, you have to find or decide the best subject that suits you. After getting all the information about the selected subject, make sure that you are able to create new record or break the record created by someone.
You can even select one of the record making/ record breaking from the list given below as "Open Challenges".
Apply and wait to receive the guidelines
After the selection of topic for your records and collecting complete information about that record, you come to step three and after filling the form given here, send it from your email id only. Because on the same email, we will send you information regarding your records and will be used for future conversation too.
Pleaase read the following instructions
- Your Email ID will be used for office database so all further conversations will be tracked by this email only.
- The information provided in the form will act as a pre-enrollment for your records, so that we will be able to know about your record and can give you directions for that.
- If you are applying to break someone's record, then please fill in the old record link, on the contrary if you are going to create a new record then leave this old record link blank.
- Once your record is approved, you will be sent full information for it in your email and the payment link will also be attached in the same email. Please do not share payment link and bank account information with anyone else.
- After making the payment, keep the receipt safe (you can also take a screenshot of it) which will have to be attached with the next application form..
Understand the requirements and evidence needed for the attempt
You will have access to a very important document called GUIDE TO YOUR EVIDENCE, which will explain in detail how to get your world record attempt verified. Many attempts are rejected because the rules have not been followed correctly.
Practice, practise, practise…
It takes a lot of time and dedication to become the best in the world! Only move on to the following step when you are confident you can beat the world record, or the minimum requirement in the case of a new record.
We want to suggest you to practice hard, that no difficulty can stop your path to achieve your goal. Meanwhile please take proper rest to maintain your mental health too. Because excessive stress can create many mental & physical problems that can slowdown your practice and for us your health is as important as your talent.
Please also note that during practice or after that do not consume any kind of addictive substance to remove physical fatigue, otherwise it can take your talent in the wrong direction and on the consumption of any such addictive substance we You can cancel your entry.
Carry out your official world record attempt
Decide on a date, time and location for the record attempt, making sure you have the logistics planned out and the necessary equipment available.
Arrange the presence of the independent witnesses and any other specialists required. You must also make sure a photographer and videographer are there to document your attempt. Be sure to check the current record you need to beat in case it’s been broken, then attempt the record and have fun!
Submit your evidence, cover letter and all other required documents

Please upload your documents on Our Hosting Partner's Website and send us the links via submission form.
You need to upload your video evidence, Two Photographs(One including Experts and one Including vitness at same location along with you.), Cover Letter, Payment Reciept, Age Proof, Address Proof, Affidavit and other required document as said in requirment section or in email.
More than 50% of submissions are rejected because the evidence is insufficient. Once you are confident with the submission, upload your evidence online and await the result. Our Records Management Team review each application individually and the process can take up to 12 weeks.
Important
The moment of truth!
If you are successful, congratulations - you will receive an official AIVA World Records certificate (Included in AIVA World Record Kit) and your record will be listed on website. If not, do not give up, you can apply again or pick a different record to attempt.
